In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Binding Agreement. By registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the luckypiso platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the luckypiso Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, all game-specific rules, and any promotional terms applicable to bonuses you claim.
2.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and luckypiso with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, and understandings.
2.3 Capacity to Contract. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use a luckypiso Account. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. luckypiso is strictly prohibited from providing gaming services to any person under the age of 21.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions. luckypiso services are intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to access or use luckypiso services. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing luckypiso is lawful in their jurisdiction.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player may maintain only one (1) active luckypiso Account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different identity information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances across the duplicate accounts.
3.4 Registration Information. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify luckypiso of any material changes promptly.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). luckypiso is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before continued Real Money Play. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification upon request. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckypiso Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. luckypiso will never ask for your password through any channel, including customer support interactions.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify luckypiso immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. luckypiso will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials, including any loss resulting from a third party accessing your Account before you notify us.
4.3 Personal Use Only. Your luckypiso Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your Account to access luckypiso services. Permitting third-party use of your Account may result in immediate suspension.
4.4 Account Ownership. luckypiso Accounts and any balance therein are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any other person.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. luckypiso accepts deposits through the payment methods listed on the Cashier page, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and PesoNet. Available payment methods are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
5.2 Currency. All luckypiso transactions are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). luckypiso does not accept deposits in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency at this time.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction. luckypiso reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with or without prior notice.
5.4 Deposit Ownership. By depositing funds into your luckypiso Account, you confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the payment account or instrument being used and that all funds deposited are free from any criminal activity or third-party claim.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. luckypiso is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR compliance requirements. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals from your luckypiso Account are subject to the completion of KYC identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to process withdrawal requests until verification is finalized.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. luckypiso reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternate method and may request additional documentation to verify the intended recipient.
6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier section. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating periods. Complex cases or larger amounts may require up to forty-eight (48) hours for compliance review.
6.4 Wagering of Deposited Funds. luckypiso reserves the right to require that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal is processed, as an anti-money laundering measure. This requirement applies to the deposited principal only and does not constitute a bonus wagering requirement.
6.5 Fees. luckypiso does not currently charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment processing fees imposed by GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other providers are beyond luckypiso's control and may be deducted by those providers from the received amount.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional offers made available by luckypiso are subject to these general terms and any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 One Bonus Per Player. Unless stated otherwise, all luckypiso promotions are limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Systematic abuse of promotional offers constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these terms before claiming any bonus.
7.4 Bonus Forfeiture. luckypiso reserves the right to cancel, forfeit, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where:
7.5 Piso Points Rewards Program. Piso Points earned through real-money wagering on luckypiso are subject to the Rewards Program terms published on the luckypiso Rewards page. Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash except as expressly provided in the Rewards Program terms.
8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the luckypiso platform is governed by specific rules published within that game's interface or help section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before wagering. Placing a wager constitutes acceptance of the relevant game rules.
8.2 Random Number Generation. All software-based casino games on luckypiso use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified to be fair, random, and unpredictable. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real-time studio environments operated by certified third-party providers.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects a game outcome or wager settlement, luckypiso reserves the right to declare the affected round(s) void and return all wagers placed during the affected period. luckypiso is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction.
8.4 Disputes. If you believe a game outcome has been settled incorrectly, you must submit a written dispute to luckypiso customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. luckypiso's decision following review of game logs and technical evidence shall be final.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckypiso platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
10.1 Ownership. All content on the luckypiso platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of luckypiso or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited License. luckypiso grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any luckypiso content.
10.3 Third-Party Content. Game content, live dealer software, and certain other platform components are provided under license from third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI Games, and others. All such content remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders.
11.1 Commitment. luckypiso is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations, luckypiso provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players:
11.2 Self-Exclusion. A Player who requests self-exclusion will be prevented from accessing luckypiso gaming services for the duration specified. 12.1 No Warranty. The luckypiso platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, luckypiso expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 Exclusion of Certain Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckypiso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, even if luckypiso has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 Force Majeure. luckypiso shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, national emergencies, government orders, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
12.4 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded at law, luckypiso's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their luckypiso Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 Suspension by luckypiso. luckypiso reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time without prior notice if it reasonably suspects:
13.2 Balance During Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any real-money balance not affected by fraudulent activity will be preserved during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms a breach, luckypiso reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance as appropriate.
13.3 Voluntary Account Closure. Players may request closure of their luckypiso Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any voided bonus amounts) will be refunded via the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to luckypiso's internal dispute resolution process as described in Section 16. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism for online gaming operators and players, as applicable.
14.3 Jurisdiction. Subject to the foregoing, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms described above.
15.1 Right to Amend. luckypiso reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the luckypiso website. Where changes are material, luckypiso will endeavor to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via account notification or email where practicable.
15.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the luckypiso platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must discontinue use of luckypiso and may request account closure as described in Section 13.3.
15.3 Version History. The current version of the Terms & Conditions is identified by the "Effective" date at the top of this document. Prior versions are archived and available upon written request to the luckypiso compliance team.

16.2 Formal Complaints. If you wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding a luckypiso service, decision, or transaction outcome, please contact the compliance team in writing via the contact details below. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within three (3) business days and a substantive response provided within fourteen (14) business days.
